Below, you can upload your prescription directly to our pharmacists.  We will be able to dispense your medicines beforehand so you can be confident it'll be ready when you need it.  

Before the pharmacist finalises supply, the original paper prescription must be received by the pharmacy.  


Once we have dispensed the first prescription - simply keep your repeats on file and manage your monthly supply via our mobile application.  Ask our pharmacists for more information.

Great, so what do I do with my ePrescription?  How do I receive my medicines?

Your GP will send you a token via SMS or email direct to your smartphone or email.

You then take it or send it directly to the pharmacy via email - wfgscripts@gmail.com

If you have repeats, an updated SMS or email will be sent directly to you for when you need it next.

ePrescriptions are a digital version of your paper prescription.  Instead of receiving a paper prescription, your GP can now send you a Token via email or SMS directly to your smartphone or computer.


Safe, convenient & efficient, ePrescriptions are available for viewing on your digital device (smartphone or computer), for when you need them.  This will save you time and increase medicine safety.

What is an Electronic Prescription?  (ePrescription)?

For your convenience please feel free to email an image of your prescriptions directly to our pharmacists on wfgscripts@gmail.com.  We will be able to dispense your medicines beforehand so you can be confident it'll be ready when you need it.  Before the pharmacist finalises supply, the ORIGINAL paper prescription must be received by the pharmacy. Electronic prescriptions provide you with convenient access to your medicines here at Waterfall Gully Pharmacy.


Electronic prescriptions aren't mandatory and you will have a choice to receive either an electronic or a paper prescription from your prescriber (but not both). Electronic prescriptions will continue to support your right to choose your prescriber and our pharmacy.
